The product is made of compressive fabric
The fabric is available in the colours skin (lipomed skinline) and black (lipomed blackline). The lipomed garments are cut in such a way that they exert a compression pressure of approximately 20 mmHg on the part of the body being treated. This compression pressure is not the same as a compression class, because compression classes also have a decreasing pressure gradient from the end of the limb towards the heart and only apply to medical compression garments.
lipomed does not have a defined pressure gradient because lipomed is indicated for compression of the tissues and not for reducing the diameter of blood vessels to increase the rate of return flow.
